Use this form to create/post AMBER Plan poster notifications. Filling in the form (including uploading a .jpg photo file) will create both a 'printable' html poster accessible from the AMBER Alert area, as well as an Adobe "pdf" file that can be downloaded or attached to notification communications. A smaller version of the poster will immediately and automaticially be posted to the Emergency Information websites for all cities and counties for which the Alert applies.
